• After construction is completed, our sales consultant will invite you to view your apartment.  

• You will have the opportunity to assess the layout, finishes, and quality in person, as well as explore the building and its technical solutions.  

• At the end of the viewing, an inspection report will be prepared and signed.  

• The purchase agreement is concluded after the building is commissioned and the apartment is registered as a separate property, ensuring full legal clarity and transaction security.  

• This is the final stage of the transaction, where ownership is legally transferred to your name.  

Payment terms: 

• If a reservation agreement has been signed – the remaining 95% of the purchase price is paid at this stage. 

• If no reservation agreement has been signed – the full purchase amount is payable.  

• Additional costs related to notarial services and land registry registration should also be considered.  

The Moment You Step into Your New Living Space 

• After signing the purchase agreement, full payment, and registration of ownership in the Land Register, the apartment is handed over to you.  

• At handover, utility meter readings are recorded, keys are delivered, and a user manual is provided.  

• The process concludes with the signing of the handover and acceptance certificate.
